At least one of authors must register and present/participate the paper during the conference. To discourage no-shows, it has been decided to print in the proceedings after the conference and the organizers will deliver the proceedings to the authors before 31 January 2005.

Camera-Ready Copy format will be as per the format recommended by Imperial College Press. Please click here for the format of the CRC (Format 1, Format 2). For full papers, authors are requested not to exceed more than 5 pages and for Short Papers, authors are requested not to exceed 3 pages. Poster Paper is an extended summary of the paper and should not exceed more than one page. All of these papers will appear in the conference proceedings. Camera-Ready Copy Format is also available on Imperial College Official website at:  http://www.icpress.co.uk/authors/stylefiles.shtml Please note that the trim size of the conference proceedings will be 9.00" by  6.00"

A soft copy on a CD will be distributed at the time of conference. There will not be any restriction on the size of the paper in the CD. The CD will be given with the registration kit during the registration of a delegate.
